A STAR TECH AGENCY LTD is expanding its network of Student Recruitment Consultants across the UK. We are looking for motivated, professional and well-connected individuals who can identify, engage and recruit prospective students for higher education opportunities.
This opportunity is particularly suited to Student Recruitment Consultants, Education Consultants, Recruitment Professionals, Sales Professionals, Community Leaders and individuals with established student networks who are looking to develop their career and earning potential within student recruitment.
💷 Competitive Performance-Based Commission
Earn up to £1,300 per successfully enrolled student, with higher commission rates available as your recruitment performance increases:
- 1–9 confirmed students: £600 per student
- 10–19 confirmed students: £750 per student
- 20–24 confirmed students: £1,000 per student
- 25+ confirmed students: £1,300 per student
25+ confirmed students may also be eligible for a £5,000 advance, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
📈 Significant Earning Potential
Our tiered commission structure is designed to reward strong recruitment performance. For example:
- 12 confirmed students: 12 × £750 = £9,000 commission
- 20 confirmed students: 20 × £1,000 = £20,000 commission
- 25 confirmed students: 25 × £1,300 = £32,500 commission

For candidates with proven experience and a strong track record in student recruitment, education, recruitment or business development, we may also offer salary + performance-based commission packages. Salary and package levels will be considered based on experience, proven performance, responsibilities and suitability for the role.

The Role
As a Student Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging prospective students
- Generating genuine student enquiries
- Building strong relationships with prospective students
- Introducing suitable higher education opportunities
- Supporting students throughout the application and enrolment journey
- Maintaining regular communication and follow-ups
- Developing and growing your student referral network
- Working towards agreed recruitment targets
- Maintaining a professional and student-focused approach
- Representing A STAR TECH AGENCY LTD professionally
