About The Role

As Student Recruitment Insights and Forecasting Analyst, you will play a key role in helping BIMM University understand, predict and improve student recruitment performance.

Working within the Data and Insights function, you'll provide expert analysis of the student recruitment pipeline, from enquiry through to enrolment, using forecasting, scenario modelling and performance insight to identify risks, highlight opportunities and support informed decision-making across Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse recruitment performance across the full student journey, identifying trends, conversion patterns, leakage points and key drivers of performance.
  • Create and maintain enrolment forecasts, scenario models and projections that support planning, budgeting and student number management.
  • Monitor recruitment performance against targets, providing timely insight on emerging risks, opportunities and expected outcomes.
  • Produce clear, actionable analysis to support decision-making across Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams.
  • Segment and interpret recruitment data across key areas, including programme, market, domicile, applicant type and recruitment channel.
  • Use market, applicant and performance data to identify opportunities to improve conversion and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Create dashboards, reports and visualisations that help stakeholders understand performance and make informed decisions.
  • Evaluate the impact of recruitment activity, applicant communications and marketing campaigns on conversion outcomes.
  • Support the optimisation of CRM journeys and applicant engagement strategies through data-driven insight.
  • Refine analytical frameworks, forecasting methodologies and performance measures to strengthen understanding of recruitment performance.
  • Contribute analytical expertise to system enhancements, reporting improvements and institution-wide projects relating to recruitment, admissions and planning.
  • Present insights, forecasts and recommendations to a range of stakeholders, translating complex analysis for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the University to embed evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
