🎓 ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Ready Study Global is looking for motivated Student Recruitment Officers to help UK-based prospective students explore higher education opportunities and progress through the application process.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity.

There is no salary, hourly pay or guaranteed income. Ready Study Global does not provide leads. You will be responsible for finding and developing your own prospective-student enquiries.

This is not a position employed by a university. You will work independently with Ready Study Global and receive full training before supporting applicants.

💼 ABOUT THE ROLE

You will identify prospective students through your own network, community connections, social media and ethical outreach.

Once you identify a potential applicant, Ready Study Global will provide the training, approved information and operational support needed to guide them through the application journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Finding your own prospective students in the UK
  • Speaking with applicants about their study goals
  • Explaining approved programme information clearly and accurately
  • Conducting initial checks using RSG’s approved criteria
  • Helping applicants understand application requirements
  • Supporting document collection and application preparation
  • Helping applicants prepare for institutional interviews and assessments
  • Providing general procedural guidance about Student Finance England using approved training and official information
  • Following up with applicants throughout the admissions process
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential applicant records
  • Referring complex eligibility questions to RSG

🎯 FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Previous student recruitment experience is not required.

Training will cover:

  • UK higher education applications
  • Approved programmes and entry requirements
  • Applicant screening
  • Required documentation
  • Interview and assessment preparation
  • Student Finance England application stages
  • Responsible communication and compliance
  • Data protection and CRM procedures

You must complete the required training before independently supporting applicants.

💷 COMMISSION

Commission is paid for successfully enrolled students who satisfy the relevant institutional conditions and generate commission received by Ready Study Global.

The initial performance structure is:

  • Confirmed enrolments 1 to 4: £600 per student
  • Confirmed enrolments 5 to 9: £800 per student
  • Confirmed enrolment 10 onwards: £900 per student

The levels are calculated cumulatively during your contract year and are not retrospective. Your contract year begins on the date your agreement starts.

Programme-specific rates and conditions will be confirmed in writing before you begin recruitment activity.

No commission is paid for an enquiry, application, interview or offer that does not result in a qualifying enrolment.

Ready Study Global processes payment within 14 working days after receiving the corresponding commission from its education partner. Payment is not immediate and may take several months from the student’s original application.

Ready Study Global provides free education guidance. Students must never be charged for application support.

Student Recruitment Officers do not make admissions, fee-status or Student Finance decisions. You must never guarantee admission, funding eligibility, approval or a specific funding amount.

Students submit their own Student Finance applications. You must not request login credentials, access student accounts or provide legal, immigration or regulated financial advice.
