Job Title: Student Recruitment Officer / Course Advisor

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Student Recruitment, the Course Advisor is responsible for advising applicants throughout the enrolment process. Duties include ensuring compliance with Regent College London admission policies, delivering exceptional customer service, and recruiting high-calibre students to Regent College London study centres in London.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Student Recruitment in recruiting new students to meet annual recruitment targets
- Coordinate recruitment of qualifying students for programmes at Regent College London study centres
- Advise applicants about available programmes, tailoring solutions to individual needs and motivations
- Promote Regent College London with passion, transparency, and professionalism
- Establish yourself as an expert on college programmes through deep understanding
- Engage applicants via multiple channels, documenting all interactions in the CRM system
- Build strong, long-term relationships through consistently high-level service
- Contribute to marketing events to raise brand awareness and generate leads
- Strengthen partnerships with schools, colleges, agents, and businesses to promote blended learning opportunities
- Achieve target conversion rates for incoming leads
- Develop advanced proficiency in systems and tools for managing workflow and pipelining
- Maintain Regent College London standards for call quality and engagement improvement
- Consistently meet individual and team recruitment targets for each intake
- Collaborate with Student Support to ensure high service levels for current students and maintain retention
- Maintain a transparent audit trail for all applicants
- Assist with engagement coaching/training to elevate call standards and share best practices
- Actively participate in team meetings, offering solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
