About the Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Student Recruitment Officer (Home & EU) to join our London team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for higher education, and is dedicated to supporting students throughout their journey into university.

As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in engaging prospective students, providing expert guidance on higher education opportunities, and ensuring a smooth admissions experience from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end admissions and enrolment process, guiding prospective students from initial enquiry through to successful enrolment.
  • Conduct one-to-one consultations, providing expert advice on course options, university admissions requirements, application procedures, and student finance.
  • Ensure applications are completed accurately, meet institutional requirements, and are submitted within deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records using CRM systems and internal databases, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Track application progress, proactively follow up with applicants, and provide ongoing support to maximise conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless student experience while contributing to recruitment targets and organisational growth.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in student recruitment, admissions, education consultancy, sales, account management, or another customer-focused environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive and target-focused approach, with confidence working independently as well as within a team.
  • Familiarity with the UK higher education system and university admissions processes (preferred).
  • Experience engaging with culturally diverse communities and students from different backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Candidates with proficiency in English and an additional European language are encouraged to apply.
  • The legal right to work in the UK and current residency within the United Kingdom.
