Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Student Recruitment Officer will counsel prospective students on suitable courses, institutions, and study destinations based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.

Responsibilities

- Managing inquiries
- Conducting information sessions
- Guiding applicants through admission and visa processes
- Maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures
Key Activities
- Building and maintaining relationships with partner institutions
- Attending education fairs and events
- Contributing to outreach activities to increase student recruitment
The Student Recruitment Officer will collaborate with colleagues across offices to ensure high-quality, timely support for students and institutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and support students from diverse backgrounds.
- Skills in Job Description Development to align internal roles and responsibilities with recruitment targets and service standards.
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing, particularly in supporting the selection and onboarding of staff or ambassadors involved in student recruitment.
- Proficiency in Recruiting, with the ability to manage pipelines of prospective students and meet enrollment objectives ethically and transparently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in international student recruitment, education consultancy, or higher education environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of UK and major international higher education systems and admission processes; familiarity with study destinations such as USA, UK, and Australia is an advantage.
- Proficiency in standard office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
