Elizabeth Global Limited is a UK-based education consultancy providing professional guidance and support to students seeking higher education opportunities. We assist students with university and college admissions, course selection, application support, career guidance and other education-related services.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Student Recruitment Officer to join our growing team in London.
Job Overview
The Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for communicating with prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, recommending suitable courses and institutions, and supporting them throughout the application and enrolment process.
Previous experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, admissions, sales or customer service will be an advantage. However, fresh graduates and candidates who are interested in starting a career within the education sector are strongly encouraged to apply.
Training and ongoing support will be provided.

- Communicate with prospective students by telephone, email, WhatsApp, social media and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals and preferred study locations.
- Provide information about suitable universities, colleges and available courses.
- Counsel students regarding available study options and application requirements.
- Generate and follow up prospective student leads.
- Support students throughout the university or college application process.
- Collect and review required application documents.
- Maintain accurate student information and application records.
- Regularly follow up with students regarding outstanding documents and application progress.
- Coordinate with the admissions and compliance teams.
- Assist students from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
- Participate in student recruitment campaigns, open days, education fairs and promotional activities.
- Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the student journey.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with prospective students and clients.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems and social media.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, target-driven and student-focused attitude.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about UK universities, courses and admission processes.

Experience
Previous experience in student recruitment, university admissions, education consultancy, sales, customer service, telemarketing or lead generation will be an advantage. Previous experience is preferred but not essential. Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
