Role Description
The Student Recruitment Officer is a part-time, on-site role based in Whitechapel. In this position, the officer will engage with prospective students, provide information on study options abroad, and guide them through application and admission processes. Daily responsibilities include:

- Conducting consultations
- Assessing student profiles
- Recommending suitable institutions and programs
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and applications

The role also involves:
- Coordinating with partner institutions
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and events
- Contributing to the development of clear role and process documentation within the team
The officer will work closely with colleagues to ensure a supportive, inclusive, and efficient experience for all students.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse student populations and stakeholders.
- Experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates or students, including the ability to assess suitability and provide constructive guidance.
- Knowledge of or interest in international education pathways, admission requirements, and student advisory services.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when handling documentation and student records.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional EU languages are an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment and collaborating with colleagues across different functions.
- Previous experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, admissions, or a related field is beneficial, but candidates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
