Location: Onsite - Barking, London
Company: Talent Care Education Ltd.
Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm UK time (Half an hour Lunch break)
Monday to Friday (Full Time)
About the Role
We are looking for driven professionals who excel at converting social media/ hot leads into potential students. You will engage with prospective clients over the CRM systems, introduce our educational services, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. This is an on-site role where your ability to build rapport and close deals will make a direct impact on our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Contact and convert social media leads into prospective students through effective lead nurturing.
- Follow-Up & Lead Management: Proactively re-engage warm or inactive leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Care: Address and resolve any service issues quickly in coordination with your line manager to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of telesales or recruitment experience, ideally within recruitment, education, or a similar sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and social media communication tools.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and confidently present our educational services to potential students.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and persuasive abilities, with resilience to handle objections.
- Availability: Must be able to work on-site five/four days per week.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: £13.00-£13.50 (subject to review based on performance in every quarter).
- Bonuses: Attractive bonus structure tied to successful lead conversions and sales achievements.
- Annual Leave: Option for annual leave.
