We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Recruitment Quality Officer. The Student Recruitment Department plays a key role in the growth and success of GBS by guiding our prospective students from interest to enrolment, ensuring they have the information, support and encouragement they need to take their next step in higher education.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship!

What The Role Involves

  • Ensured student recruitment and admissions processes complied with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitored the quality and effectiveness of recruitment activities to support enrolment targets.
  • Analysed recruitment data and prepared reports on application, conversion, and enrolment trends.
  • Conducted quality checks and audits to maintain accuracy and service standards.
  • Identified and implemented process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Supported the delivery of an excellent applicant experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Collaborated with admissions, academic, and recruitment teams to maintain best practices.
  • Maintained accurate records and documentation in line with data protection requirements.

About You

  • Quality Assurance Knowledge: Ability to monitor and evaluate student recruitment and admissions processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail when reviewing applications, records, reports, and recruitment activities to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with prospective students, recruitment teams, admissions staff, and external stakeholders through various channels.
  • Customer Service Skills: Committed to delivering a high standard of service by responding professionally and efficiently to enquiries, concerns, and quality-related issues.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret recruitment and admissions data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve performance and quality outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactively identify process inefficiencies, risks, or compliance issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple priorities, audits, reporting requirements, and quality improvement initiatives within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Admissions and Recruitment Processes: Understanding of student recruitment, admissions procedures, quality assurance frameworks, and relevant regulatory requirements within higher education.
  • Data Management Skills: Experience maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to support recruitment objectives and maintain high-quality standards across the student journey.
