Role Description
The Student Researcher internship at TheCconnects is a remote role focused on supporting content development for the Global Leaders Community platform. In this position, the intern researches C-suite executives, founders, and entrepreneurs, gathers background information, and compiles data to inform interviews and feature stories. Day-to-day tasks include identifying relevant industry trends, verifying facts, organizing research materials, and preparing profiles or summaries for the editorial team. The Student Researcher may collaborate with writers and editors to refine questions for interviews, ensure accuracy of published content, and contribute ideas for new features. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in business research, content preparation, and working within a digital media environment.

- Strong research and information-gathering skills, including the ability to use online databases, business publications, and professional networks.
- Solid written communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in fact-checking, source validation, and documentation of findings.
- Basic familiarity with business, entrepreneurship, and leadership concepts, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Effective time management, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Comfort with digital tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar).
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and an interest in global leadership stories and industry trends.
