The Role

Student Services aims to provide a single first point-of-contact for student enquiries, enabling students to find the right answer to straightforward questions quickly and to access more in-depth help if they need it.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for customer service experts to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same.

You will be using a variety of technologies to manage student enquiries in person, by email or over the telephone. You will be liaising with a range of different teams across the University including student accommodation, fees, money advice and student well-being services.
