An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Student & Apprentice Services team.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and fast paced working environment, delivering excellent services to a broad range of customers with a primary focus on dealing with reception duties, course enquiries, applications and administering the college’s student bursary support fund.

Responsibilities
- Previous experience of working within an educational/training setting is preferred, along with experience of delivering highly effective customer services to a range of customers.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills are also key along with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Highly competent in the use of IT systems and Microsoft office packages.
- Proficient in understanding and analyzing key data from several different sources to help inform profiling, recruitment and onboarding activities.
