About the Role
You've already achieved excellence—whether in athletics, the arts, or professional settings. Now you're prepared to channel that mastery into something meaningful. As a Student Success Advisor at GT Anywhere, you'll mentor students toward the extraordinary: genuine enthusiasm for learning, accelerated mastery, and development into self-assured, independent thinkers. All from wherever you choose to work.
GT Anywhere operates as a virtual academy for gifted learners seeking acceleration. We combine AI-driven curriculum with intensive personal coaching to provide what conventional schooling cannot: unlimited academic velocity, rigorous depth across sciences and humanities, and connection with intellectual peers. In your role as Student Success Advisor, you'll mentor K–8 students eager to advance rapidly. Content instruction isn't your focus—our technology manages that. You're the mentor who cultivates confidence, maintains high standards, and guides students toward realizing their full potential. Each interaction is significant. Each advancement matters.
If you've ever driven yourself to elite achievement—in competition, performance, research, or enterprise—and you're ready to guide the next generation toward similar excellence, this position is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting biweekly 1:1 virtual mentoring sessions with each student, centered on academic planning, drive, and mindset development
- Hosting open "office hours" where students access immediate support, guidance, or problem-solving assistance
- Designing and delivering compelling virtual life-skills workshops tailored to gifted learners across different age groups
- Leveraging AI tools and performance dashboards to monitor student advancement, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your mentoring approach
- Recording observations, concerns, and tactical updates to keep each student progressing on an accelerated growth path
- Maintaining proactive communication with parents regarding student achievements, objectives, and challenges
- Working alongside your team to exchange best practices, escalate issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
