Student Success Coach at GT Anywhere
You've already achieved at a high level—whether in sports, creative pursuits, or professional environments. Now you're prepared to channel that excellence into impact. As a Student Success Coach at GT Anywhere, you'll mentor students to accomplish the extraordinary: embrace learning, accelerate their progress, and develop into confident, independent thinkers. And you'll do this from any location worldwide.
GT Anywhere is a virtual school designed for gifted learners who are prepared to move faster. We combine AI-driven curriculum with personalized coaching to provide what conventional education cannot: unlimited learning speed, rigorous exploration across sciences and humanities, and a network of like-minded peers. In the role of Student Success Coach, you'll mentor 3rd–8th grade students eager to accelerate their growth. You won't be delivering lessons—our technology manages that. You're the mentor who cultivates confidence, maintains high standards, and supports students in uncovering their potential. Each interaction is significant. Each milestone matters.
If you've driven yourself to exceptional achievement—in athletics, performance, research, or commerce—and want to empower the next generation to do likewise, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting biweekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions with each student, concentrating on academic planning, motivation, and growth mindset
- Hosting open "office hours" where students can drop in for immediate support, guidance, or problem-solving
- Leveraging AI tools and tracking dashboards to monitor student advancement, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching methods
- Recording observations, alerts, and tactical adjustments to keep each student advancing on an accelerated growth path
- Working with your team to exchange effective practices, escalate issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
