About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Success Coordinator to join their growing remote education support team.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity with full training provided, ideal for graduates, administrators, customer service professionals, and individuals passionate about education and learner development.
As a Student Success Coordinator, you will support students throughout their learning journey, helping to create a positive educational experience through effective communication, administration, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students throughout their educational journey.
- Assist with student onboarding and induction activities.
- Respond to student enquiries via email, telephone, and online platforms.
- Monitor student engagement and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and student support activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent student experience.
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
- Support student retention and engagement initiatives.

Skills & Experience
- Interest in education, training, student services, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous administration, education, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is advantageous.
- No previous education sector experience required – full training provided.
