Location: Bridgwater Head Office, Somerset
Salary: £24,479 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Contract: Full-time
Holiday: 20 days plus Bank Holidays, with a non-guaranteed additional Christmas break
Training: Full training provided

Chrysalis Courses is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Administrator to join our friendly team at our Bridgwater Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our Student Support team, helping learners progress successfully through their courses while ensuring our administration and processes run smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is organised, takes pride in their work and has excellent attention to detail.

What you'll be doing
The role has two key areas of responsibility:
Results Processing
- Manage and respond to student email and phone enquiries promptly and professionally
- Review student assessments and attendance records
- Ensure students have met all course requirements
- Communicate student results to relevant organisations
- Process and issue student certificates and diplomas
- Liaise with our accrediting bodies
- Liaise with our awarding body
Class Scheduling
- Liaise with Student Team Manager regarding tutor allocation
- Issue tutor agreements for each class
- Contact tutors and venue to schedule class dates
- Ensure all systems including our CRM is accurately updated and maintained
- Review venue pricing and suitability
- Respond to any venue related queries

Administrative Tasks
- Assist with answering calls
- Manage ordering of stationery and other office items
- Coordinate with outside companies when required
- Completion of any other task requested by management
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Competent and confident user of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Confident and proactive, with a positive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused and committed to providing outstanding student support
- Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player
- Keen to learn, develop and take ownership of their responsibilities
- Experienced in administration or a similar office-based role
