Hardest Adventures enables humans to unlock and discover their true potential through the power of movement and EPIC group travel experiences.

We curate extraordinary student group adventure, challenge, and half / full marathon experiences for people seeking life-changing experiences that can put them outside the classroom and outside their comfort zones to reach their full potential, and truly live life to the max!

Teams of students arise each year across university campuses taking on challenges such as Mount Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp, Dash to Dubrovnik, the Lisbon and Paris Marathons, and many more. All fundraising for amazing charities and causes, enabling both impact and growth opportunities.

To help us reach as many students as possible, grow our teams, and drive that impact / growth across the world, we need individuals who align with our values to join us as either:

  1. Team Leaders - Getting a heavily subsidised (basically FREE) trip in exchange for supporting with marketing, promotion, team management and comms
  2. Campus Brand Ambassadors - Who can make bank by supporting our activations, promotion and supporting with getting our message and experiences known by as many students as possible!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
