About Our Practice
Our modern, purpose-built practice is bright, spacious, air-conditioned, and equipped to industry-leading standards, featuring state-of-the-art technology including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities. You'll gain hands-on experience in a thriving clinical environment while learning from a dedicated and experienced team.
Role Overview
Working closely with our Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses, and Client Care Advisors, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working as part of a team, and is ready to build a strong foundation for a career in veterinary nursing.
Responsibilities
- Supporting our RVNs
- Assisting with diagnostic tests
- Preparing for surgical procedures
- Handling and caring for a variety of small animals
- Replenishing stock
- Maintaining a clean and organised practice environment
- Supporting clients both in person and over the phone

Position Details
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, including 1 in 4 weekends.
The Attributes Required
- Friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets
- Fully up-to-speed with practice services and any additional services available
- Calm, attentive, and focus on the clients’ needs
- Enthusiasm and drive to the role
- Passion for service matched with a love of pets
- Ability to deal with a variety of situations, from comforting clients to sharing in the joy of new pets
- Infectious personality that contributes to a welcoming and friendly practice atmosphere
- Must be currently studying / being enrolled as an SVN
