Job Title: Student Wellbeing & Disability Adviser
Location: Metanoia Institute, 13 North Common Road, Ealing, London, W5 2QB
Team: Student Experience
Salary: £33,000 full-time / £16,500 part-time (0.5 FTE)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours per week: Full-time (35 hours) or part-time (17.5 hours, 0.5 FTE)
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working. On-site/hybrid working.
About This Role
You’ll provide accessible advice, guidance, and signposting to support students managing disabilities, additional learning needs, and wellbeing concerns. Working closely under the supervision of the Wellbeing and Disability Coordinator (WADC) and alongside a peer Adviser, you’ll play a key role in fostering an inclusive campus community where all students can thrive academically and personally.
We have two roles available: one full-time (35 hours per week) and one part-time (17.5 hours per week). If you have a preference for either role, you’ll be able to indicate this within your application.

Indicative timeline
