Good Vibes Music Academy Studio Administrator Apprenticeship

It’s an exciting time for Good Vibes Music Academy. We’re about bringing out the musician in everyone by providing the best musical education we possibly can. A lot of that experience is provided by our Studio Team and ensuring that our studios and customer service deliver on our promise: this is where you come in!

As a key member of our studio team, flexibility is essential. You should be willing and able to provide occasional cover for evening and weekend shifts when required, for example to cover staff holidays, sickness, or other unforeseen absences. Wherever possible, advance notice will be given, and any additional hours will be managed in accordance with your contracted working hours and time off in lieu arrangements.

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience. Being a Studio Administrator at Good Vibes is a key role that ensures the smooth running of our business. You’ll work with teachers, schools, customers, students and colleagues on a daily basis making sure that they receive the best possible experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
