About Us

A Tidy Mind London is a premium home transformation studio working with discerning households and businesses across London and beyond. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Studio Assistant to grow alongside the founder and become an integral part of how we deliver exceptional work.

The Opportunity

This is not a standard assistant role. We are looking for someone with personality, hunger and a genuine willingness to learn. Someone who wants to be shaped into something exceptional, not just do a job, but build a career in a field they love.

You will work closely alongside the founder, learning how we think, how we approach spaces and how we deliver transformation at a premium level. Over time you will take on more responsibility, stepping in when the founder isn't available, maintaining his standard of finish and eventually leading elements of projects independently.

This role will involve everything. Some days are creative and deeply satisfying. Some days involve changing bedding, filling spreadsheets or carrying boxes. The right person does both with the same level of care and pride. If you're looking for glamour only, this isn't the role for you. If you're looking for growth, this absolutely is.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
