Purpose of the role
The Studio Assistant provides essential operational support to the Studio Coordinator, ensuring the smooth running of all studio activities, fittings, meetings and organisational tasks. This role is hands-on, highly organised, and central to maintaining an efficient, well-functioning studio environment.
Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Organisation
- Provide comprehensive support to the Studio Coordinator across all aspects of studio organisation and daily operational activities
- Prepare studio spaces for meetings, fittings, and styling sessions, ensuring all required equipment, samples, rails, colorama, and room layouts are accurately set up
- Oversee room resets throughout the day, including the addition or removal of tables, rails, other necessary equipment, and refreshments
- Maintain the organisation of the Archive Room ensuring all samples are categorised and systematically organised

Model Coordination
- Arrange and confirm model bookings for fittings, styling sessions, and other studio requirements
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive model decks and internal model tracking documents
- Welcome and oversee models during fitting and styling days, ensuring a high standard of welfare, including the provision of refreshments and model supplies
- Maintain professional, consistent, and positive communication with model agencies

Studio Supplies & Logistics
- Order and keep stock of stationery, equipment, model kit, and other studio supplies as required
- Support shoot pack up / down, and the Carnet logistics for international shoots, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, creative studio environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
- Professional, welcoming attitude when interacting with models, teams, and external partners
