Company Description

West End Central is a new production studio-hire business at 259-263 Goswell Road, London EC1V 7AH - a rehearsal, dance and content studio complex, also home to Thomas Hopkins Productions Ltd and Solange Urdang Studios Ltd.

We're looking for a hands-on Studio Coordinator to run the day-to-day operation of the studio spaces: keeping the building running smoothly for hirers, staff and productions alike, managing the front-of-house team, and acting as the go-to person for anything operational.

Studio Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio spaces, keeping them presentable, safe and ready for use.
  • Co-ordinate studio set-up and close-down, including opening and closing/key-holding for the building each day.
  • Manage incoming bookings and the studio hire schedule, handling enquiries, confirmations and any changes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational queries from maintenance staff, hirers and clients.
  • Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve the day-to-day running of the studio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
