Planit Studio Coordinator
Planit is a place-based design practice of Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, and Visual Storytellers working across five studios in the UK. We’re looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our thriving design studio in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.

Overview
We’re looking for an optimistic and flexible super-organiser to support our UK-wide team, give our busy Altrincham studio some TLC, and take care of our visitors. You’ll be a go-to, people person who provides a warm welcome in person, via telephone and email, and enjoys setting up team activities or events – ensuring Planit is a great place to work.
The Role
Location: Studio-based at our headquarters in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday, starting between 8-8.30am). A job-share could be considered for this role via a joint application from two candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting our design teams in Manchester, Gloucestershire, Leeds, Liverpool, and London.
- Studio organisation, prepping meeting rooms, and keeping communal areas tidy and well-cared for.
- Ethical and environmentally responsible purchasing.
- General practice administration and events, including inbox and calendar management.
- Finance, HR, Compliance, and IT support.
Key Skills and Experience Needed
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Adept at prioritising and managing multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel and Forms.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- A positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.

Salary: £26,000-£29,000, dependant on experience
