Studio & Marketing Coordinator
London | Full-time or part-time
I’m working with a London-based architecture practice looking for an organised, proactive Studio & Marketing Coordinator to support its marketing activity and keep the day-to-day running of the studio on track.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help coordinate client records, meetings, events and marketing administration. You’ll also get involved in studio organisation and practical HR support, making this a varied role for someone who enjoys being a central point of contact.
The role
- Keep CRM records and client contact databases accurate and up to date
- Coordinate diaries, meetings and follow-up actions
- Help organise client events and engagement activities
- Assist with marketing and business development materials
- Coordinate travel and event arrangements
- Manage studio supplies, meeting spaces and general administration
- Welcome visitors and support team arrangements
- Keep shared records and administrative processes organised
- Help maintain employee documentation and coordinate onboarding
- Support staff communications and schedule interviews, meetings and training

Bring strong administration and coordination skills

Confidence using CRM systems and databases

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
