The Studio
This London-based interior design studio creates distinctive residential and hospitality spaces, with a considered approach to architecture, materials, furniture, and detail.
The studio is seeking an experienced leader to work closely with the founders, oversee its project portfolio, and lead the team through the design and delivery of complex interior schemes.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong design judgment with technical expertise, clear communication, and the ability to organize a busy studio.
You will oversee projects, programmes, and resources while remaining directly involved in key schemes. Working closely with the founders and project teams, you will translate creative ambition into coordinated, deliverable interiors, maintaining quality from initial concept through to completion.
The role requires confidence managing clients, consultants, and contractors, alongside the ability to support designers, resolve challenges, and keep multiple projects moving forward.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
