About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Studio Executive to work closely with our Studio Director and team in Glasgow to provide a mix of facilities management, front of house duties and general administrative support. This is a varied role where you will have a broad range of responsibilities and the opportunity to make a big impact on our Glasgow Studio. We’re looking for someone who will assist with the smooth day-to-day running of our Studio; from ordering supplies, planning staff engagement events, to dealing professionally with our clients. You’ll help our employees feel supported and act as the go-to person for all things Studio related.

Skills and Experience

  • Able to work independently, using initiative to plan and manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong administrative support skills, working with care and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused, with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Enjoy listening to others, analysing information and situations, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an administrative, office management, facilities, or similar support role is desirable.
