Job Description
As a Studio Founding Engineer, you will build new ventures from scratch, setting the technical direction and integrating AI-first capabilities from day one. Working across multiple studio businesses, you'll turn ambiguous ideas into product MVPs within six months, while providing technical mentorship to accelerator founders and building shared internal AI infrastructure.

What You Will Do
- Act as the key technical stakeholder for multiple studio ventures weekly, defining architectures and delivering high-quality product MVPs focused on capturing AI advantages.
- Design and maintain applied AI infrastructure and internal tooling to turn recurring technical challenges into shared resources for the entire portfolio.
- Conduct technical surgery sessions and provide mentorship for accelerator founders and their tech leads to unblock complex engineering and data science challenges.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of delivering products in fast-paced startup environments, specifically using modern AI tools like generative AI and agentic systems.
- Demonstrated ability to make critical build-vs-buy decisions and switch effortlessly between hands-on engineering execution and high-level strategic technical advice.
- Previous experience as a technical founder of an early-stage startup is highly preferred, alongside a strong product-driven mentality that balances speed with scalability.
