Role Description
Full-time, including weekends.
The Studio Lead oversees the day-to-day operations of Enmei’s three London studios, ensuring consistently high standards, strong team performance and an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities
- Lead Front of House operations, including 3 weekly shifts across all 3 studios.
- Maintain a regular presence across all three studios, ensuring standards and team engagement.
- Oversee studio presentation, cleanliness, organisation, stock and inventory.
- Manage client account issues, including failed payments and outreach.
- Carry out routine machine and microphone checks and escalate maintenance issues when required.
- Support, train and develop Front of House teams.
- Drive the success and growth of Enmei studios through proactive initiatives that improve the client experience, engagement and studio performance.
- Communicate operational updates, promotions and in-studio activations.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational and client queries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Enmei brand at every touchpoint.
