Studio Lead 📍 South West London

Hunter Dunning is working exclusively with an award-winning luxury design studio in South West London. Known for their warm and earthy interiors, their portfolio of projects includes exquisite private residential and residential development schemes in England.
This opportunity will see the successful candidate lead a growing interior design team at an exciting and pivotal stage of the company’s expansion.
Role & Responsibility
- Leading an interior design team working on UHNW projects
- Driving design cohesion by curating all aspects of FF&E, from samples through to processes
- Looking after project performance, and delivery from concept through to completion
- Implementing and overseeing project timelines & budgets
- Working in partnership with the Director and other heads of department

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience running a UK-based, high-end interior design studio
- Ability to lead a team of 20+ designers working on national and international projects
- Strong interior design background paired with proven experience elevating design standards
- Experience reviewing and implementing internal systems, processes, team organization, timelines, and budgets
- Exceptional client management experience and business development abilities
