Role overview

This is a broad coordination role for someone who combines strong organisation with a practical, hands-on approach. The Studio Logistics & Scheduling Coordinator will manage the studio diary, photography bookings and day-to-day logistics, while also supporting the practical operation of the studio. This includes receiving deliveries, locating and moving props and products, preparing studio spaces and assisting on shoots where required.

The role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is equally comfortable managing schedules and details at a desk or rolling up their sleeves on the studio floor.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Own and maintain the photography and studio schedule, coordinating bookings, availability, priorities and changes across internal teams.
  • Work with photographers, account teams and production colleagues to confirm requirements, timings, products, props, spaces and practical support ahead of shoots.
  • Receive and check deliveries, coordinate collections and returns, and ensure products and equipment reach the right place at the right time.
  • Help locate, organise, label, store and retrieve props, samples and client products, maintaining a clear understanding of what is held and where.
  • Prepare and reset studio spaces, move props, products and light equipment safely, and assist photographers and the wider crew during shoots as required.
  • Monitor studio equipment and consumables, flag gaps or maintenance needs, coordinate hires and purchases, and identify opportunities to reduce rental or operating costs.
  • Act as a reliable link between photography, creative, account management, production, suppliers and couriers, keeping people updated and escalating clashes or risks early.
  • Help maintain an organised, safe and professional working environment, including storage areas, goods-in spaces and shared studio facilities.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest practical improvements to studio processes and ways of working.

Skills and Qualities

  • Exceptionally organised, dependable and comfortable managing several moving parts at once.
  • A practical self-starter who notices what needs doing and gets on with it.
  • Happy working in a genuinely hands-on role where no two days will look exactly the same.
  • A clear and confident communicator who can coordinate people, priorities and last-minute changes without losing track of the detail.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and willing to ask questions or escalate issues early.
  • Comfortable using calendars, spreadsheets and project or booking systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Able to work collaboratively while taking personal ownership of the studio schedule and logistics workload.
  • Willing and able to undertake the practical elements of the role, including regular movement around the studio and the safe handling of deliveries, props and products, with equipment or assistance provided where appropriate.

Experience

  • Experience in studio coordination, photography, production, events, warehousing, facilities, logistics or another fast-moving operational environment would be beneficial.
  • Experience managing schedules, bookings, couriers, deliveries, stock, props, equipment or suppliers would be useful.
  • An understanding of photography or content-production workflows is desirable, but attitude, organisation and practical judgment are more important than experience in one particular sector.
  • A full UK driving licence would be useful where occasional collections or local studio errands are required.

Nature of the role

This is not a purely desk-based scheduling position. Coordination and administration are central to the role, but the successful person must also enjoy being present in the studio and contributing practically.

What we offer

  • Hybrid working (3 days office/2 days optional home working).
  • Your birthday off work.
  • Free parking.
  • Regular free lunches and quarterly social events.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Access to discounted holiday travel booking.
