What you'll do

This is a great opportunity for the right person to come in and shape our studio, alongside the design and creative team leads.

You will be based in our London office and focused on managing Future Creative Studio. The Studio Manager will oversee the smooth running of the creative studio, ensuring that projects are assigned to the right team members and that deadlines are met.

Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will help build our creative department and allow our teams to succeed. You’ll have exceptionally interpersonal, communication skills and will collaborate with other departments to ensure that client expectations are met and that the creative vision is carried through to completion.

The Studio Manager will be the central channel, managing the daily running of the Creative & Design team. Responsible for all resourcing, workflow, and allocation of all RFPS, booked campaigns, and internal projects.

Owns the end-to-end traffic and resourcing of Future Creative UK, maintaining a live view of all pitches, sold campaigns, proactive projects, deadlines, resource requirements and individual capacity.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in a creative studio or agency environment
  • Experience managing or allocating design resources
  • Experience with design processes, timelines, and deliverables
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from our London Paddington office
