About Adobe

Adobe gives everyone — from independent makers to global enterprises — the tools to build, share, and create. Great creative work only scales when the operation behind it is just as considered as the ideas themselves.

The Opportunity

What does it take to run a creative studio across two regions and dozens of live projects without losing the thread? That's the question this role answers.

The Adobe Brand Studio is the in-house creative engine for EMEA and LATAM, and we're building the operation that lets it scale. The Creative Operations Manager owns how work enters, moves through, and gets reported across the Studio — keeping creative, delivery, and collaborator priorities aligned as volume grows. It's a role with real autonomy, a direct line into Studio leadership, and a central part in how we're crafting an AI-based approach to working!

What the Role Involves

Intake & Prioritisation

This is the single point of entry for all Studio work — owning intake, triage, and prioritisation, and bringing briefing and creative strategy in early rather than after problems reach production.

Reporting & Visibility

We run on one shared view of every active project. The role builds and maintains the Workfront dashboard across all work streams (C&P and CXO included), surfacing risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps early and keeping senior collaborators ahead of the work.

AI Process Innovation

This is where the role points forward. We scout the Studio for repeatable workflows worth automating, then build and ship them end to end — recent examples include Figma / Claude / Workfront integrations that replaced manual weekly write-ups with automated reporting.

Orchestration & Improvement

We design the Studio's operating rhythms to scale with the team, lead quarterly creative reviews with agency partners, and partner with Brand Operations to turn every retrospective into the next improvement — with budget and scope subject area built in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

Someone who treats operations as a creative subject area — proactive, calm under delivery pressure, and energised by building the system rather than working inside it.

Strong candidates will bring:

  • Proficiency with project management platforms (Workfront or equivalent) and real appetite for AI-assisted workflows
  • A record of crafting processes — intake, briefing, reporting — that teams adopt and rely on

Languages

  • English — full professional proficiency, essential
  • Spanish or Portuguese — helpful for LATAM collaboration, not required
