About Us
We're working with a fast-growing fitness brand that combines boxing and strength training with a genuinely community-led approach.
This isn't your typical gym environment. The focus is on creating a brilliant member experience, building a loyal community and helping people make fitness a consistent part of their lives.
Their Wembley studio is growing quickly and they're now looking for a Studio Manager who wants to take real ownership of that growth.
The Role
This is much more than keeping the studio running smoothly. You'll have responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the business, from sales and member retention through to coaching, team performance and the overall studio experience.
You'll work closely with the studio owner and wider management team, with plenty of visibility over how the business is performing and the freedom to make an impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
