FULL-TIME STUDIO MANAGER
Orangetheory Fitness Bolton
Location: Bolton, Ontario
Position: Full-Time Studio Manager

ABOUT ORANGETHEORY FITNESS BOLTON
Orangetheory Fitness Bolton is looking for a driven, energetic, and results-focused Studio Manager to lead our studio and team to the next level.
We are looking for more than someone who can manage a schedule. We want a leader, coach, and business-minded individual who is passionate about people, sales, fitness, and creating an exceptional member experience.

THE ROLE
As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and overall performance of the studio.
You will work closely with the ownership team and coaching staff to create a high-energy environment where members feel welcomed, supported, challenged, and motivated to keep coming back.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and hold the studio team accountable to performance expectations.
- Manage and support Sales Associates and Coaches.
- Build a positive, professional, and high-performance team culture.
- Conduct regular team communication, meetings, coaching, and performance follow-ups.
- Ensure staff understand and consistently follow studio policies and procedures.
- Lead by example in professionalism, energy, sales, and member service.
Sales & Membership Growth
- Take ownership of studio sales performance and membership growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and convert prospects into members.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with leads, intro guests, former members, and prospects.
- Coach the sales team on effective communication, follow-up, closing, and member conversion.
- Identify opportunities to increase membership value and improve retention.
- Track key performance indicators and take action when results are below expectations.

Member Experience & Retention
- Create an exceptional experience from the first interaction through the entire member journey.
- Build strong relationships with members and become a familiar and trusted face in the studio.
- Address member concerns professionally and find solutions that protect the member relationship.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, cancellations, and retention opportunities.
- Help create a community that makes people want to come back.
Studio Operations
- Oversee the daily operation and presentation of the studio.
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, welcoming, and operating to brand standards.
- Manage schedules, staffing needs, studio communications, and operational priorities.
- Work with ownership on equipment, maintenance, technology, and operational improvements.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are consistently followed.
- Help control expenses and identify opportunities to improve studio profitability.
Marketing & Community Growth
- Assist with planning and executing local marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Build relationships within the Bolton community.
- Help organize studio events, challenges, member appreciation initiatives, and community activities.
- Leverage social media and local partnerships to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

- A strong communicator who can connect with members and staff.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required.
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with ownership and the team.
- Someone who takes ownership and initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in fitness, sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, management, or a leadership role is an asset.
- Experience managing a sales-driven team or membership-based business is considered a strong asset.
- Fitness industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong leadership, sales ability, and a passion for people.
