Studio Manager & Sales Lead – FS8 South West London
About FS8
FS8 is a progressive fitness concept combining Pilates, Tone and Yoga in a low-impact, high-energy training experience. Founded in Australia in 2021, FS8 has grown internationally and is now expanding further into the UK and Europe. Our new South West London location will be the largest FS8 studio in Europe and is the first step in a broader expansion plan. We intend to build a platform for multiple locations, and the right person will have the opportunity to grow with the business as we expand. We are looking for an energetic, commercially minded Studio & Sales Manager to help launch the studio, build our founding member base and lead day-to-day operations.
The Role
This is a hands-on role combining studio management, sales, team leadership and coaching. You will be responsible for driving membership growth and retention, delivering an exceptional member experience, managing the studio team and maintaining high operational standards. As an early member of the team, you will also play an important role in shaping how we operate and scale future FS8 locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the studio's pre-sale campaign and build a strong founding member base.
- Manage leads, trials, follow-ups and membership conversions against agreed KPIs.
- Drive member retention and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the studio, including opening/closing, cleanliness and equipment standards.
- Coach approximately 10–12 FS8 classes per week.
- Recruit, train, schedule and manage coaching and front-of-house staff.
- Build strong relationships with members and create an inclusive, community-focused studio culture.
- Work with the marketing team on social media, local marketing and member acquisition campaigns.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and support community events and activations.
- Track key studio performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident selling, leading and coaching, and who is excited by the opportunity to help build a growing fitness business.

Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in a sales, studio management or leadership role, preferably within fitness or wellness.
- Strong sales ability and a track record of achieving KPIs.
- Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills.
- Experience managing and motivating a team.
- A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience with Mindbody or similar studio management software is advantageous.
Coaching Requirements
- Mat and Reformer Pilates qualification preferred.
- Experience coaching group Reformer or apparatus-based classes.
- Strong anatomical knowledge and focus on safe movement.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain this.
- Interest in Pilates, strength, mobility and Yoga.
- Willingness to complete FS8-specific training and continued education.
Training can be provided for the right candidate.
