We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly organised Studio Manager to join our flagship studio at Oxford Circus.

As Studio Manager, you’ll have full ownership of the studio’s day-to-day operations, leading a large Front of House team and working closely with Head Office and instructors to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. You’ll be responsible for people leadership, operational standards, performance management, rota planning, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently at all times.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Studio Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a passionate team in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, while playing a key role in shaping culture, driving standards, and contributing to the success of one of Psycle’s most important studios.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Studio Operations

  • Oversee daily studio operations including people, retail, and facilities.
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure studios run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular studio walkthroughs and inspections to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard and remain compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee daily checklists and maintenance logs completed by staff, ensuring maintenance issues are escalated correctly and resolved quickly.
  • Be responsible for managing stock levels and placing stock orders.
  • Manage and drive studio performance by analysing weekly studio analytics and working towards budgets and KPI targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
