This is an opportunity to join a growing brand at an exciting stage of its journey, taking ownership of the studio experience, leading the Front of House team and helping establish the culture and operational standards of the new London location.
You’ll be someone who naturally brings energy into a room and enjoys building relationships. While fitness experience is a bonus, this role is ultimately about people, community and creating an environment members genuinely want to be part of.
As Studio Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of the studio, balancing people leadership, member experience, commercial performance and day-to-day operations. You’ll have access to membership and class data, using this information to understand what is working, identify opportunities and help the studio continue to grow.
The role will initially be highly hands-on, with the expectation that you’ll develop into an increasingly autonomous leader as the studio matures.
The Role...
- Salary: £32,000–£35,000 per annum
- Start Date: Ahead of the London studio launch
- Working Pattern: Full-time, with shifts aligned to studio opening hours. This is a hands-on studio-based role, so you should be comfortable working a varied schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends where required.

Responsibilities:
-

- Be the person responsible for creating the energy and atmosphere within the studio every day.
- Act as the main point of leadership within the studio.

- Build strong relationships with members and get to know the community.
- Ensure the customer journey is consistently smooth, engaging and on-brand.
- Take ownership of member feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Identify ways to make the studio experience better, from the moment a member walks through the door.
- Set the standard for service and professionalism across the Front of House team.
-
Lead & Develop the Front of House Team
- Build a strong, engaged FOH team that understands the brand and is committed to delivering an excellent member experience.
- Lead, coach and motivate the Front of House team.
- Manage the FOH rota and ensure the studio is appropriately staffed.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of future team members.
- Establish clear expectations around customer service and studio standards.
- Keep the team engaged, motivated and connected to the wider brand.
- Support team members in taking ownership and developing their skills.
- Build a culture where people are encouraged to contribute ideas and take initiative.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
