Regional Studio Manager (Maternity Cover)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected, employee-focused architecture and design consultancy as a Regional Studio Manager on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Supporting two regional studios, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business, partnering with senior leaders to drive operational efficiency, resource planning and team performance. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations across two regional studios, ensuring efficient processes and effective communication.
- Partner with senior leadership to support resource planning, project coordination and operational performance.
- Lead and support studio administration teams, providing guidance, coaching and day-to-day management.
- Coordinate project reporting, financial and resource data, identifying operational risks and supporting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, documentation, facilities management and health & safety requirements.
- Foster a positive, collaborative studio culture while supporting onboarding and team development.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a Studio Manager, Operations Manager or similar role within an architecture, design or creative consultancy.
- Proven people management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams.
- Commercially aware with confidence interpreting financial and project data.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using project management systems (such as CMap) and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to travel between Bristol and Oxford on a fortnightly basis.
- Knowledge of health & safety, ISO standards or Common Data Environments would be advantageous.
