Studio & Marketing Assistant (Part-time, 3-4 days per week)
£33,000-£40,000 pro rata + Bens.
A friendly, design-focused architecture studio in Clerkenwell is looking for a Studio & Marketing Assistant to become a key part of its close-knit team. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys helping a creative workplace run smoothly while also supporting the studio’s profile and brand presence.
You’ll be at the centre of studio life, welcoming visitors, coordinating day-to-day administration, managing suppliers and facilities, and ensuring the office remains an organised and enjoyable environment for everyone. Alongside this, you’ll assist with marketing activities, help create and schedule social media content, update marketing materials, and support the team with submissions, events, and communications.

Key Requirements:
- Proactive and highly organised individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuine interest in design
- Enthusiasm for marketing and social media
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative, studio support, or marketing role
- Ideally within architecture, design, or another creative industry
- InDesign skills would be a huge bonus
