Fantastic newly created opportunity for a start-up agency who create some really innovative and ground-breaking work with some amazing clients.
It’s an exciting time to join as an early employee to really help shape the culture, vibe and energy of the studio!
You will set up their new office, from décor, furniture and stocking up on the best coffee and snacks!
You will need to be proactive, a good problem solver with lots of energy as this is a really varied role and no day will be the same!
They are growing fast, so naturally this role will evolve and progress, possible career paths going down the resource management, operations or project manager route.
- Salary: £35k-£45k
- Contract: 6 month contract (very likely to go permanent)
- Location: 2 days in the London office (3 days WFH)
- Start Date: ASAP start date ideally (but can be flexible)
The Role:
- Ensure the smooth running of the studio
- Support in setting up the foundations of the studio culture
- Onboard and welcome new team members and freelance contracts and give everyone the studio tour
- Arrange building security passes for all staff
- Set up new staff on the relevant slack channels
- Light diary management support for the senior leadership team
- Support with production and project administration when required
- Celebrate team birthdays in style - arrange socials, cakes and cards
- Organise regular team socials as well as the Christmas and summer parties!
- Set up meeting rooms, ready for team and client meetings
- Take care, water, love and nurture the studio plants
- Manage office facilities, organising a cleaner etc and keeping on top of any maintenance issues
- Organising recipes and company expenses

The Person:
- Experience as an office manager/studio assistant or similar in a creative/design environment
- Very organised and able to spin multiple plates at once
- A genuine interest in culture and creativity
- Someone looking for a career within the creative/design space
- Experience using Slack and Google Docs
