Great opportunity for someone organised to look after a busy London studio!
Lovely opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who loves working in the Creative space.
This role will be key in ensuring the workflow of creative projects are on track as well as supporting with wider office organisation.
This is a busy and varied role so you must have a hands on attitude and be willing to help out wherever necessary.
You will welcome clients at the door of the studio and make sure they have everything they need and make them feel comfortable.
You will support in making sure the office and studio culture is warm, friendly, inviting, inclusive and fun!
4 days a week in the London office (Mon-Thursday) Fridays working from home
Up to £30k + benefits
Permanent, full time contract
Amazing creative office space with a bar and regular staff lunches and socials!
The role:
- Ensure workflow of projects is smooth and streamline and all resource planning is coordinated and as efficient as it can be, working alongside another Resource Manager
- Liaise with freelancers and ensure they have everything they need, laptops etc.
- Maintain internal freelancer database
- Administration tasks, including raising PO’s etc
- General office responsibilities including ensuring the studio is tidy and organised and the food and drinks fridge is fully stocked!
- Ensure terms of business with clients are in place and file them appropriately
- Organise travel arrangements for staff business trips when needed
- Look after the staff holiday calendar and other light HR duties
- Organise staff socials and events! (Summer parties etc)
- Support with recruitment during busy periods

The person:
- Ideally experience in a creative environment
- Team player and enjoy collaborating with the wider studio teams
- Organised with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Happy to be hands on with attention to detail
