Role Description
The Studio Operations Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in Dunstable. This position is responsible for supporting smooth day-to-day studio operations, including coordinating schedules, managing studio supplies, and maintaining an organized workspace. The role involves handling administrative tasks, updating records, assisting with order processing, and supporting communication between the studio, clients, and suppliers. The coordinator will help manage studio workflows, track project progress, and provide responsive customer service to visitors and clients. This role works closely with the wider team to ensure that studio activities run efficiently and that the brand’s standards of excellence and distinction are consistently upheld.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to track studio activities, identify process improvements, and support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
- Operations Management skills to help organize workflows, manage studio resources, and support scheduling and logistics.
- Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming studio experience, respond to inquiries, and handle client requests professionally.
- Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, maintain records, support order processing, and assist with general office tasks.

Additional Requirements:
- Relevant experience in studio, retail, or office coordination, ideally within design, interiors, or luxury brands, is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are important.
- Comfort with standard office software and basic digital tools; willingness to learn any studio-specific systems as needed.
