art-K is the UK's largest private art education service, delivering fun, skill-based classes to over 8,500 children each week. Our programme helps develop artistic skills, build confidence, and support mental well-being through inspiring projects taught by passionate educators.

At our Croxley Green branch, the Studio Operations Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining an organised, welcoming, and inspiring studio environment for both students and the teaching team. The role ensures the studio runs smoothly behind the scenes by managing stock, preparing teaching resources, maintaining operational systems, and supporting the Branch Manager with day-to-day studio operations. This enables our teachers to focus on delivering exceptional lessons and supporting students' long-term artistic development.

Salary

  • Starting Rate: £13.22 per hour
  • Post-Probation Rate: Increases to £13.70 per hour upon successful completion of your probation period.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
