We're looking for a Studio & Operations Manager to help ensure our clubs deliver exceptional fitness experiences every day.
The Role
As a Studio & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing our studio operations, class timetable, instructor relationships, and overall member experience. You will be responsible for ensuring our studios operate efficiently while supporting the continued growth and success of our fitness offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain club timetables and studio bookings.
- Oversee studio budgets and commercial performance.
- Coordinate instructor scheduling, onboarding, communication, and payroll processes.
- Support the development, promotion, and evaluation of Gymbox classes and fitness experiences.
- Educate and engage club teams to champion studio offerings.
- Maintain high operational standards across studio environments.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Gymbox culture and member experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about fitness, sport, or wellness.
- Interested in developing a career within the fitness industry.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in administration, operations, scheduling, or people management.
- Previous experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality, or sport is advantageous but not essential.
- Understanding of group exercise or fitness operations is beneficial.
