The Manchester pilot focuses on several key pillars, including a Founders School that supports participants from business idea to launch and long-term growth. It also houses a Premium Beauty & Wellness Studio, a Fashion & Footwear Atelier, and a Photography, Content & Media Studio offering a range of specialized services. Elinth Group Limited owns the core platform, infrastructure, and customer journey, while specialist entrepreneurs operate studios under structured Studio Partner agreements, prioritizing customer lifestyle experiences and satisfaction.
Role Description
The Studio Partner role is a on-site position based at Elinth Enterprise House in Manchester. Self-employed or employed Studio Partners operate their own specialist studio within the shared platform, managing day-to-day service delivery, customer appointments, and high-quality client experiences in areas such as beauty and wellness, fashion and footwear services, or photography and media production. Responsibilities include overseeing studio operations, maintaining a professional and safe environment, ensuring compliance with relevant licensing, hygiene, insurance, and regulatory standards, and coordinating with the central booking and payment systems. Studio Partners are expected to cultivate and retain clients, contribute to the overall brand reputation, and collaborate with other partners and the central team to optimize the customer journey. This role is suited to entrepreneurial professionals who wish to build and grow their own studio business within a structured, premium operating model.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one relevant domain (e.g., beauty and wellness services, fashion and garment work, footwear care, photography, content creation, or media production).
- Strong customer service, client relationship management, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering premium, lifestyle-oriented experiences.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, resource management, and coordination with central booking and payment systems.
- Understanding of applicable health, safety, hygiene, licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements within the chosen specialty, and commitment to compliance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in running or developing a small business, including basic commercial, marketing, and financial awareness.
- Ability to collaborate within a multi-studio environment, contribute to shared brand standards, and adapt to structured partner agreements and processes.
- Relevant professional qualifications, certifications, or portfolio in the chosen field; prior experience working in a studio or similar setting is highly advantageous.
