About the Job
Company: TreyTech Studios LLC, a Texas-based technology services provider, announced its formal incorporation filing as TreyTech Inc.
About TreyTech
TreyTech is a technology, media, and business consulting studio for the future economy. Organized across five connected studios, Brand, Content, Experience, Digital, and AI Transformation, we bring specialized talent together to deliver creative work, technology solutions, and strategic projects through one coordinated partner.
We combine human expertise, AI-enabled workflows, and a curated network of independent professionals to serve individuals, families, creators, businesses, and enterprise clients.
We’re not a freelance marketplace or a traditional agency. We’re building a connected platform where great work meets the right expertise, projects are coordinated through one partner, and intellectual property is respected.
The Opportunity
We’re building the Studio Pro Network, including founding and non-founding professionals, and inviting talented designers, developers, writers, producers, strategists, consultants, and AI specialists across the United Kingdom to apply.
As a Studio Pro, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to client engagements aligned with your discipline, experience, and interests. TreyTech coordinates the client relationship, project scope, and engagement, while you focus on delivering your best work.
Projects become available as client engagements come in. You’ll be considered for opportunities that match your expertise, availability, and interests. Acceptance into the network does not guarantee a specific volume of work.
We’re looking for professionals who want to be part of a growing ecosystem while maintaining their independence, creative voice, and professional identity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How We Work
- Apply. Share your discipline, experience, portfolio, and the types of projects you’re interested in.
- Get vetted. We review applications for expertise, work quality, professionalism, and alignment with the network.
- Get matched. When a suitable client engagement comes in, we identify professionals whose skills fit the project’s requirements.
- Agree on scope and compensation. Deliverables, timelines, fees, and applicable rights are established before work begins.
- Create and deliver. You focus on your expertise while TreyTech coordinates the broader client engagement.
Your Compensation
- Agreed project fees: Compensation is established before work begins.
- No lead fees: You are not charged simply to receive a project opportunity.
- Optional participation: Consider projects that align with your skills, availability, and interests.
- Network opportunities: Qualified professionals may be considered for future client engagements as the network grows.
- Clear terms: Project scope, compensation, deliverables, and applicable ownership and usage rights are documented in the relevant agreement.
Joining the network does not guarantee projects, assignments, or a specific volume of work. Opportunities depend on client demand, project requirements, and professional fit. Participation is project-based, allowing you to consider opportunities according to your availability, expertise, and interests.
TreyTech IP
Your IP stays yours. We will never take your intellectual property.
That principle applies to both our clients and our Studio Pros. TreyTech coordinates projects, connects expertise, and facilitates delivery. We do not claim ownership of intellectual property simply because it is shared with us or used in an engagement.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Your ideas and pre-existing work remain yours. Participation in the network does not automatically transfer ownership.
- Deliverable ownership and usage rights are defined by agreement.
- Portfolio rights matter. Studio Pros may showcase eligible work, subject to applicable agreements and client confidentiality obligations.
- Confidentiality is essential. Client information, proprietary materials, and sensitive project details must be protected.
Our goal is to create an environment where clients can trust the process and independent professionals can contribute their best work without giving up ownership of what is rightfully theirs.
Who You Are
- Demonstrated skill in your discipline, supported by a portfolio, work samples, or relevant experience.

- Willingness to engage respectfully in the TreyTech community and follow its community policies.
- A commitment to being inclusive and kind.
We welcome different backgrounds, perspectives, career stages, and creative approaches. We value the quality of your work, your professionalism, and the perspective you bring to the network.
