JOB TITLE: Studio Production Executive

DEPARTMENT: Chelsea Creative Studio / Marketing

LOCATION: Stamford Bridge, London

CONTRACT: 12-month FTC, Full Time

JOB FUNCTION:

As Studio Production Executive, your mission is to support successful production and delivery of Chelsea Creative Studio's creative output.

You are responsible for ensuring campaigns and creative initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You will work on production across multiple projects, build strong stakeholder relationships and provide production expertise throughout the creative process.

Working closely with the Design Operations Manager and wider studio team, you will help plan, coordinate and track project delivery, building the production knowledge and confidence required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production

  • Production and delivery of Chelsea Creative Studio projects from briefing through to completion.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent campaigns across physical, digital and experiential touchpoints.
  • Identify delivery risks and implement solutions.

Project Leadership

  • Coordinate production delivery across key studio projects, supporting more complex campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help ensure projects remain on brief, on budget and on schedule by tracking milestones, actions and risks.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a reliable day-to-day production contact for stakeholders, escalating decisions or risks where appropriate.
  • Build trusted relationships across Chelsea FC.
  • Provide clear communication throughout every stage of delivery.

Supplier Management

  • Manage external production partners and specialist suppliers.
  • Ensure production quality, value and timely delivery.

Financial Management

  • Manage project budgets and production costs.
  • Monitor supplier spend and identify efficiencies where appropriate.

Team Development

  • Support the wider studio team by sharing updates, learnings and practical production knowledge.
  • Develop the organisational, communication and supplier-management skills needed to progress toward Production Manager level.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Production

  • Experience delivering creative campaigns across print, digital, social, film and environmental applications. Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.

Commercial

  • Strong understanding of production budgets, procurement and supplier management.

Leadership potential

  • Confident coordinating projects, contributing ideas and making practical decisions within agreed parameters, with the ambition to develop into a Production Manager role.

Stakeholder Management

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Quality

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering work to the highest standard.

  • Projects are consistently delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Stakeholders have confidence in Chelsea Creative Studio's production capability.
  • Production risks are effectively managed.
  • External suppliers consistently deliver quality and value.
  • The role holder demonstrates growing confidence, ownership and production judgement, in a fast paced environment.
