Reports to: Creative Director
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 DOE
Hours: 30–37.5 hours per week, five days per week

About the Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive and solutions focused Studio Production Executive to help coordinate the day-to-day delivery of creative projects, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, on time and to the highest standard. Working closely with the Creative Director, designers, clients and suppliers, you'll oversee the smooth delivery of creative projects, coordinate production, organise workflow and help improve the way our department operates.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Workflow Coordination

  • Coordinate the operational delivery of creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, schedules and key milestones.
  • Schedule and monitor workflow, priorities and project progress, proactively identifying risks, delays and solutions.

Creative Production

  • Source products and creative production services, obtaining competitive quotations from printers, branded merchandise suppliers, AV providers and other production partners.
  • Prepare accurate client quotations and cost estimates for creative production and branded merchandise projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with production suppliers, ensuring quality, value and timely delivery.
  • Oversee print production, artwork approvals, couriers, deliveries and logistics.

Studio Operations

  • Maintain accurate project documentation while supporting weekly resource planning and studio organisation.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals and new business pitches.
  • Carry out client research, market research and supplier sourcing to support business development opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and the use of AI to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the wider agency to support client projects where appropriate.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised, proactive and naturally solutions orientated.
  • Remains calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and builds positive relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Has exceptional attention to detail.
  • Enjoys improving systems and finding more efficient ways of working.
  • Is commercially aware, takes ownership and uses initiative.
  • Is confident using technology.

Experience

Experience within a creative agency, design studio, print production, promotional merchandise or marketing environment would be advantageous, along with a good understanding of artwork, print production and file formats (including print-ready PDFs, bleed, crop marks and artwork approval processes).
